Founded by Sonia and Brittney, two artists with over a decade of individual experience, our company was born from a shared love of artistry, beauty, and helping women feel their most confident. Sonia is a licensed cosmetologist and certified makeup artist, specializing in classic and soft glam bridal makeup. Brittney is a certified professional makeup artist with an eye for creating radiant, soft glam bridal looks.
Before joining together, Sonia was known as Makeup by Sonia and Brittney as Makeup by Brittney. Over the past two years, we’ve combined our expertise and passion under New England Beauty Company, serving brides and their loved ones across Maine, New Hampshire, and beyond.

Sonia is a Licensed Cosmetologist and professionally certified in makeup artistry by Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and M·A·C. With a lifelong passion for the arts—having been a ballerina from early childhood and later a cheerleader in her hometown of Scarborough, Maine—she brings creativity, precision, and radiance to every client. Sonia combines her industry expertise with her love for bringing her Bride's beauty vision to life, traveling throughout New England and beyond to create timeless makeup looks for destination weddings and special events.
Brittney
Brittney is a Certified Professional Makeup Artist, trained at Austin’s School of Spa Technology and further certified by Bobbi Brown Cosmetics. Originally from Upstate New York, she spent her summers in Maine and now happily calls New England home. A newlywed herself and a devoted admirer of all things beauty, Brittney delights in working closely with each bride to create the bridal makeup look of her dreams. She takes the time to understand each bride’s vision, personal style, and comfort, ensuring every detail enhances her natural beauty. With a warm, calming presence, Brittney makes the “getting ready” experience both joyful and unforgettable.
