For our bridal clients, we’re fully on-location, traveling to you on your wedding day—whether that’s your home, hotel, Airbnb, or venue. From the dress and accessories to the final touches of hair and makeup, our goal is to make getting ready feel relaxed, beautifully considered, and genuinely special.
Founded by Sonia and Brittney, two beauty artists with more than a decade of individual experience, New England Beauty Company was born from a shared love of artistry, personal style, and helping women feel their most confident. Sonia is a licensed cosmetologist and certified makeup artist specializing in classic and soft-glam bridal beauty, while Brittney is a certified professional makeup artist with an eye for creating radiant, soft-glam looks.
Before joining together, Sonia was known as Makeup by Sonia and Brittney as Makeup by Brittney. Over the past two years, we’ve combined our experience and creative eye under New England Beauty Company, serving brides and their loved ones across Maine, New Hampshire, and beyond.
Today, that vision extends beyond the beauty chair through our personal and event wardrobe styling services. Whether we’re helping a bride bring together her complete wedding-day aesthetic, styling a client for a special event, curating outfits and accessories, or offering guidance on the colors and pieces that make her shine, we believe the best style should never make you feel like someone else. It should make you feel even more like yourself.

Sonia is a Licensed Cosmetologist, professionally certified in makeup artistry by Bobbi Brown Cosmetics and M·A·C, and a Wardrobe Stylist with a natural eye for color, proportion, and creating a beautifully cohesive look. With a lifelong passion for the arts—having been a ballerina from early childhood and later a cheerleader in her hometown of Scarborough, Maine—she brings creativity, precision, and an innate sense of style to every client.
Blending her beauty-industry expertise with her love of personal style, Sonia thoughtfully considers the entire look—from wardrobe, color and accessories to hair and makeup. Whether bringing a bride’s wedding-day vision to life, styling a client for a special event, or helping a woman rediscover what makes her feel most confident, her philosophy is simple: you should still look and feel like yourself—just beautifully elevated.

Brittney
Brittney is a Certified Professional Makeup Artist, trained at Austin’s School of Spa Technology and further certified by Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, as well as a Wardrobe Stylist with an eye for color, personal style, and creating beautifully cohesive looks. Originally from Upstate New York, she spent her summers in Maine and now happily calls New England home.
A newlywed herself and a devoted admirer of all things beauty and style, Brittney loves working closely with women to understand not only how they want to look, but how they want to feel. From curating an outfit, color palette, and accessories to creating the finishing makeup look, she thoughtfully considers each element so the result feels elevated, intentional, and completely personal.
For her brides, Brittney takes the time to understand their vision, individual style, and comfort, ensuring every detail enhances their natural beauty and complements the overall aesthetic of the day. With her warm, calming presence and thoughtful eye for detail, she makes the getting-ready—and getting-dressed—experience feel joyful, effortless, and unforgettable.
